Outside the Box shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL Service Point, USPS) is an approved shipper for USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx in Brooklyn, NY. As such, we pride ourselves on fast, professional packing and shipping services.
Outside the Box shipping (FedEx, UPS, DHL Service Point, USPS) is also authorized as a drop-off location by the same carriers, so businesses with their own accounts can drop off their already-packed and labeled shipments at our location to be picked up by daily by the carrier.
If you have a valid account with one of the carriers listed below, you can drop your ready-for-shipping letter or package at our location—at no additional charge. Note: any additional packaging, taping or labeling that may be needed to properly protect your shipment may require additional fees.
We handle domestic and international shipments, and accept packages from major carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Be sure to check with the carrier for any specific requirements regarding size, weight, or restricted items.
For the safety of your shipment, we recommend using sturdy packaging materials. If you’re unsure how to pack your items securely, our staff can assist you in-store.

Our store is open for drop-offs during regular business hours. For after-hours drop-offs, we have a secure drop-box available upon request.
